Please use the following size guide to help determine your size when ordering from Lucy in the Sky e-Boutique. If you are between sizes or need assistance please email or call us.

Bust - measure the fullest part of your bust (keep measuring tape horizontal)

Waist - measure around your waistline (above navel) keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose

Hips - measure around the widest part of your hips approximately 22 cm below waist.

We accept Credit Card payments over the phone or via secure PayPal payment system.

You can pay instantly for your order with your Credit Card even if you do not have PayPal account. Simply use PayPal option at Checkout and follow all the prompts when asked at PayPal login page DON’T HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Alternatively, you can pay by Direct Deposit into our Bank Account at any Westpac Branch or via Internet Banking. Please select this payment option at Checkout for detailed instructions.

Please note: It may take up to 3 business days to process your Bank Payment.

You can return a Full-price item or a Sale item for a full refund or size exchange.

Your item should arrive back to us within 14 days from delivery date.

Lucy in the Sky covers return postage fees for Full-price items only.

All items must be returned in the new and unused condition, with all tags attached.

If you wish to use our Free Return service for a Full-price item you must contact us within 7 days from delivery date by visiting the Contact Us page and enter your order details (your name, order number and details of the items you wish to return) into the Customer Support form.

We will send you a pre-addressed Express Post satchel to return your item back to us. All you have to do is to place the item you wish to return inside and drop it into any Gold Express Post posting box or lodge it at any Australia Post shop.

Lucy in the Sky Free Return policy does not apply to Sale items. You will have to post it back to us yourself. Your Sale item should arrive back to us within 14 days from delivery date.

Please include with your return item a note with your Order Number and clear instructions if you wish to exchange your item for any other available size or you'd like to receive a refund.

All Exchanges and Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Please note: We will not accept any items for a Refund or Exchange which were received past 14 days from Delivery date or returned in worn condition and/or with missing tags. All such items will be returned back to the sender. You will have to cover Express Post fees for return of your item.
